As with many IRC channels it's possible that there may be people logged in to the channel but not available to answer a question (especially considering globalization and different timezones/schedules of different individuals) or can not answer the question and choose to be silent rather than generate what some may consider chatter.  If you don't get a response and either can not or would prefer to not hang around, please subscribe to the list and drop your question there.
